NinjaShip provides a multi-carrier shipping platform that allows users to compare rates, purchase shipping labels, track packages, and manage shipping operations through a web application and API. The Service integrates with e-commerce platforms including Shopify and WooCommerce.
You must provide accurate information when creating an account. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials and for all activity under your account. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use.
The Service operates on a prepaid wallet model. Funds added to your wallet are used to purchase shipping labels. Label costs are deducted at time of purchase. Voided labels are refunded to your wallet balance per carrier policies. All payment processing is handled by Stripe. We do not store your payment card details.
Shipping labels purchased through NinjaShip are subject to the terms and conditions of the respective carriers (USPS, UPS, FedEx, DHL). Carrier services are provided through EasyPost. NinjaShip is not a carrier and does not guarantee delivery times, routes, or outcomes. Claims for lost or damaged packages must be filed with the respective carrier.
If you connect NinjaShip to a third-party platform (Shopify, WooCommerce, BigCommerce, Squarespace, Magento, or others), you authorize us to access your store data as described in our Privacy Policy. By connecting your store, you consent to the data processing described therein.
You are responsible for your own compliance with applicable privacy laws in relation to your customers. You must maintain your own privacy policy that accurately describes how your customers' data is shared with third-party services like NinjaShip.
We process your customers' personal data (names, addresses, phone numbers, emails) solely to generate shipping labels and fulfill orders on your behalf. We act as a data processor for this customer data, and you remain the data controller.
Access to the NinjaShip API is governed by these Terms. API keys are confidential and must not be shared publicly. We reserve the right to revoke API keys that are abused, shared, or used in violation of these Terms. API usage is subject to rate limits (100 requests per minute for general endpoints, 10 requests per minute for authentication endpoints).

Upon termination, you may request a refund of any remaining wallet balance by contacting us. Sections 9, 10, 11, 13, and 14 survive termination.
