By accessing or using NinjaShip ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
NinjaShip provides a multi-carrier shipping platform that allows users to compare rates, purchase shipping labels, track packages, and manage shipping operations through a web application and API.
You must provide accurate information when creating an account. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials and for all activity under your account.
The Service operates on a prepaid wallet model. Funds added to your wallet are used to purchase shipping labels. Label costs are deducted at time of purchase. Voided labels are refunded to your wallet balance per carrier policies.
Shipping labels purchased through NinjaShip are subject to the terms and conditions of the respective carriers (USPS, UPS, FedEx, DHL). NinjaShip is not a carrier and does not guarantee delivery times or outcomes.
You may not use the Service to:
NinjaShip is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. We are not liable for carrier delays, lost packages, or any indirect damages arising from use of the Service.
We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these terms. Upon termination, any remaining wallet balance will be refunded per our refund policy.
We may update these terms at any time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
